  • How do you find money in my accounts?
    Great question! I find money in your account by digging deep and determining how your money can help you versus hurt you in the long run. I believe in short-term sacrifices can create long-term success, so what are you willing to do to find that extra money in your account?
  • Do you offer anything else besides coaching?
    Yes! The iWill Wallet has an array or products and services available to those interested in in changing their finances to create a better life for themselves! Currently we offer the following: ​ Services: Clarity calls, 1:1 Financial Coaching, the Budget Overhaul, and Checkup Calls ​ Physical: The iWill Wallet ​ Digital: Workshops, e-books, courses and video trainings
  • What are your fees?
    Here is a list of our coaching fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. ​ Clarity Call: Free Financial Coaching Sessions: $120 Budget Overhaul: $150 Check Up Call: $30 ​ Workshops: $10 - $20
  • What the difference between a financial advisor and financial coach?
    The major difference between a financial advisor and a financial coach is their style of helping you. For instance an advisor sets up a plan for you to follow in order for you to accomplish a long term financial goal. A financial coach will hear you out, relate to you, and help you process the best decision for you about your finances.
  • Can I book an initial session?
    Yes, you can always book a financial coaching session or checkup calls. Clarity calls are limited to first-time customers that are seeking financial assistance. In the event, you need more advice or coaching with your personal finances the Financial Coaching sessions or Check-Up Call would be perfect for you!
  • What should I expect from each session?
    No worries here, I make sure that all of my clients are well prepared before the first time we meet. Here is a list of what should be expected with each call with me:​Be Honest and Engaged​Clarity Call:- Meet 1:1 with Melissa, your financial coach- Understand the role of a financial coach.- Identify your reason for, "Why?"- Develop one goal to stick with for the next 30 days- Create action steps to prepare for coaching session(s).​Financial Coaching: What should I expect:- A 60 minute, 1:1 call with Melissa as she attends to your concerns and desires.- Review of Personal Financial snapshot or a homework assignment, if applicable- Financial Coaching discussion of recommendations and dialogue- Implementing a manifestation into your daily routine- Develop an action plan for the following sessions, if applicable.​Check-Up Call: - Have all of the information we need to discuss sent via email 24hours prior. - Be prepared to discuss options and solutions.
  • What is your refund policy?
    The return policy for the iWill Wallet, LLC is located on the Terms and Conditions page of the website. However here is a snip-it of the return and/or exchange policy of the iWill Wallet.: Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation: Live workshops may be canceled 24 hours before the start of the course and will be eligible for a refund. If cancellation is made after the 24-hour mark or 4 hours before the start of the workshop, you will receive a credit to reschedule for the same or alternative workshop at a later date. Credit must be used within 30 days. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from engaging in the live workshop or you are not satisfied by the information presented in the workshop, please email info@iwillwallet.com for customer service-related issues. Digital Products: Refunds are NOT available for recorded webinars, digital documents, printable materials, or any other product received digitally. Digital products include ebooks, budgeting documents, any material purchased on the website or 3rd party sites with the option to download. ​ Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, products (only for the iWill Wallet) must be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase. The product (The iWill Wallet) must be returned in same condition as received, undamaged and/or worn. Once the item has been received, we will inspect it for any wear/tear or damage and based upon the inspection we will process a full or partial refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to be reflected in the account used to purchase. Refunds are ineligible for any worn product, damaged in any way, or return
